Let’s just say that this was the easiest home improvement I have ever made. We had Mesa garage door install our garage door about 3 years ago. Unfortunately the house settled and the garage door somehow became out of alignment. It actually was closing crooked and was rubbing on one side. This was clearly a very unusual problem and the first service rep tried several things but wasn’t able to determine the cause of the problem. However, he assured me he would contact another rep who would be out the next day. The second service rep was out the next day and again although it clear that this was not a typical service call, he had the problem fixed within 45 minutes. I am impressed with the quick and honest service and would recommend them.
