I was trying to get my garage door replaced because it was completely broken and pretty much clamped to the side of my house. I called Mesa and they accommodated my Saturday request for the free estimate. He gave me a great price for a new door and we scheduled the installation for later that week. All I know is the price was reasonable and my door works great! And it looks great! Couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!
I used Mesa Garage Doors to completely motorize our garage and they were able to do a good job. The guy they sent was very focused on his work and honest with is pricing. And speaking of prices, their prices are quite competitive when compared to other companies. Best of all, he wasn’t just good at his work but also good when it comes to showing customer service.
The technician was here on time. I was lucky to get a same day service after calling them 2 on the afternoon. By 4:30, the technician was already knocking at the door. Our garage door opener stopped working and our door won’t close. He sized up the situation and found out that the safety beam was just out of place. After straightening it out, the door was good to go. There was no pressure or up sell and he didn’t charge at all. It was a good service! All he asked was to remember them when we have garage door problems and tell my friends about them.
Reached out to Mesa for a new garage door and I’d say it went exceedingly well. Not only were they knowledgeable about my current door, they recommended a good replacement that would fit my specifications and provide little to no problems in the long run. Their installation crew was on point. Finished the project quickly and delivered as promised. Recommended!
I scheduled an appointment with Mesa Garage Doors after my garage door started getting gradually slower and slower until it got COMPLETELY stuck. Big problem. Mesa was able to come out 2 days after I called and quickly gave me an estimate based on what they saw. Their technician was friendly too. I wouldn’t have a problem calling them back out. Last night, my garage door opener broke. The chain was hanging slack and the door was stuck. After reading what quick responses other yelp mesa users received, I called this company last night after hours and, just as others had, received a call back from Michael within a minute. He correctly diagnosed the issue over the phone, quoted a price, and gave me an idea of the time he could come fix it today. He called ahead, arrived just when he predicted he would, verified that the issue was what he’d thought from my phone description, and was quick, efficient, and professional. I would recommend this business to anyone needing garage door service.
Called Mesa garage, booked a consultation. Very easy. Few days later Luis Rojas came out to my house , called me 30 mins prior arrival. Showed up on time, very personable and friendly guy! He gave us all the options and tips on the type of door my family was looking for. He explained everything step by step thoroughly. So we picked out the door we liked , I emailed Luis and he was right on top of it, scheduled me a few days later as promised . Installation day, was super easy too. Guy came out early in the morning and knocked everything out by 12 pm!!! Our new garage door is very quiet, and looks great too. Looks so nice that my next door Neigbor called me and said , “hey, I want one too”. Great Experience with Mesa. Their cost estimator/measurement person came first and did a inspection and measurement to assess the job at hand, then after the information and my choices of styles and color was decided, their professional, courteous and neat installer came and installed my new garage doors . One stop shop! Good Job Mesa.
