Mesa’s Peace of Mind (POM) package includes an additional 2 years of warranty coverage on all parts and labor and 3 free annual lube and tune services which includes:

• 24-point Inspection
• Lube, inspect and tighten all hinge nuts
• Lube and inspect rollers
• Inspect door balance and adjust if necessary
• Lube operator rail
• Test the safety reverse on operator
• Inspect opener limits and readjust if necessary
• Clean and adjust sensors
• Inspect the door and operator mounts
• Inspect the perimeter weather seal
• Inspect the bottom seal

Normally we would price this 2-year Peace of Mind (POM) package at $549 but today you can lock in the POM for just $299!
