The technician was here on time. I was lucky to get a same day service after calling them 2 on the afternoon. By 4:30, the technician was already knocking at the door. Our garage door opener stopped working and our door won’t close. He sized up the situation and found out that the safety beam was just out of place. After straightening it out, the door was good to go. There was no pressure or up sell and he didn’t charge at all. It was a good service! All he asked was to remember them when we have garage door problems and tell my friends about them.

He correctly diagnosed the issue over the phone, quoted a price, and gave me an idea of the time he could come fix it today. He called ahead, arrived just when he predicted he would, verified that the issue was what he’d thought from my phone description, and was quick, efficient, and professional.
