Hello there, I wanted to send an e-mail to tell
you how extremely happy I am with my new garage door. I had Kevin come out
on Monday and my new door was installed on Thursday. Not only am I happy
with the quickness of the service but I was also very impressed by both your
salesman Kevin and the gentleman who came to install the door. Kevin was
prompt, professional, courteous and very thorough as was the man who came to
install the door. I was very impressed that it was a one-man job. I
apologize I can't remember the man's name who installed the door but he also
was very professional. I feel both of these employees represented your
company beautifully and are definitely assets to your company. I was
actually referred to you by Jan S., a realtor, and as a consumer I had
intended to shop around but Kevin and his demeanor definitely sold me on
your company and I can't be happier with the results. I thank you for such

I would like to congratulate your two
installers who installed my garage door on January 31st. They were fast,
efficient and conscientious. Included in the $89 cost on adjusting new door
to old working garage door opener may I suggest an improvement in your
service, have each installer team bring with them a new garage door opener
to be sold and installed, if needed. at the time of door installation. In
my case I had to have my son install a new opener today February 3rd.///
P.S.: The new door looks great.
